The days are getting warmer and sunnier and soon we'll be sprucing up after the cold and cloudy Texas winter. Here are some reminders:
In accordance with Section 2.17 of the Declarations, “All lot owners shall maintain their respective structures, RV's and lots in an attractive condition and in good repair and free of rubbish, trash, discarded scrap building materials and other debris. The POA shall maintain all common areas in an attractive condition and in good repair.” and Section 2.22, “Storage of personal property is allowed only in those areas that are partitioned from public view, within an allowable structure or building. Storage of personal property is not allowed underneath an RV.”
Please consider a storage building which is allowed so long as it conforms with the DCCR Architectural Specifications and is approved by the Architectural Committee. Storage units are available for rental should you require additional storage space.
The attractiveness of our community depends on all of us. Keeping our properties neat and clean will ensure our continued enjoyment and safety. In addition, prospective buyers will see a good value in properly maintained property.
With the community yard sale scheduled for June 7, we will grant a one week grace period for everyone following the yard sale and will resume enforcement of our Declarations on June 15, 2025. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Feel free to contact any of your board members should you need assistance or have any questions.
